What we’re looking for:
- Proven marketing experience across the whole marketing mix, but with a strong focus on digital, and a strong campaign portfolio
- Previous experience at CMO, Head Of, Director or Senior Management level
- Prior experience of setting up marketing strategy from scratch within a small start-up brand would be highly beneficial
- Strong track record of building engaging brand identities and managing large budgets
- Ability to lead and develop a growing team, as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Strong data and analytics skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects and channels at any given time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely alongside both the CEO and COO to develop the marketing and business strategy for the whole brand portfolio
- Setting and managing the marketing budget for the company as a whole, and for each individual project
- Managing the brand strategy in order to build and retain brand awareness
- Implementing and executing integrated campaigns, enabling the brand to maximise sales
- Developing and managing relationships with external agencies
- Building and managing an excellent marketing team
- Using research, insights and analytics to gain an understanding of the customer base
- Reporting on and optimising campaign activity to deliver strong ROI.
