Client Manager – Financial Services – London – To £64k + bonus
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand changing the way people manage their money. With over one million new customers joining in 2014, this brand is on the rise and looks set to become one of the biggest names in financial services and credit cards internationally.
Reporting directly into the Head of Cobrand Clients, the successful candidate will own all end-to-end strategic development and management of clients, plus will deliver all profit & loss based performance targets.
Requirements:
·At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing marketing role ·Evidence of managing client relationships, reporting on results and driving performance ·Commercially focussed ·Prior experience in financial services sector ·Credit card experience would be a plus ·Profit & loss savvy ·Great communication skills and highly organised – able to work effectively in fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
·Own profit & loss for all allocated clients ·Be the first point of commercial interaction ·Development of client-specific P&L focussed strategies to meet growth targets ·Development of partnerships with existing clients ·Management of monthly meetings, performance reviews, pitch preparation and stakeholder management.
