An exciting opportunity has arisen in South West London for a Content Executive to join a global consumer brand on a mission to become even bigger!
Working autonomously you’ll be responsible for the creation and development of all training related content, making sure the company’s employees are engaged, and kept ‘in the know’ about the latest company developments.

Working autonomously you’ll be responsible for the creation and development of all training related content, making sure the company’s employees are engaged, and kept ‘in the know’ about the latest company developments.
Key responsibilities
- Content creation, development and deployment across eLearning and Training
- Making sure content is always kept fresh and regularly updated
- Develop engagement plans for employees once they’re on the company’s eLearning site
- Develop and manage other training related content when required
- Work with colleagues in the US and APAC to share knowledge and revise training content methods when necessary
- Provide reports to the business about the success of the company’s eLearning system and suggest ways to improved participation rates
Key requirements
- Ideally SCORM compliant
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills is essential
- Superb communicator
- Hands-on
- Background in developing and managing training content for a consumer goods organisation a plus
- Able to understand and write with the brand’s ‘tone of voice’ at all times
- Second to none project management and analytical skills
- Capable of working autonomously
