As the CRM Executive you’ll be responsible for supporting the Head of CRM to implement a CRM strategy - ultimately increasing customer loyalty and lifetime value.
You will:
- Own the delivery and optimisation of all multi-lingual lifecycle email marketing campaigns.
- Work very closely with your line manager, the Head of CRM to build and develop customer loyalty.
- Work in synergy with the Email Marketing Executive to become a knowledge expert in the company’s Email Service Provider (ESP).
- Work on captivating strategies to ensure customers receive the most relevant and personalised content.
- Create reports, build customer segments and provide customer-profiling metrics to the business.
- Prepare weekly and monthly CRM reports with the support of the company’s Web Analyst.
- A solid working knowledge of eCRM strategies, customer lifecycle marketing and eCommerce.
- Experience working in a similar role within an eCommerce business, preferably with a lifestyle, retail or beauty brand.
- Technical experience with an email service provider - Exact Target is preferred.
- Determination and energy to operate in a fast paced environment.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail.
- An understanding of the current Data Protection and Privacy legislation.
