Digital Insight and Optimisation Specialist – Financial Publishing – London
Marketing Talent is once again proud to be supporting this global FTSE 250 financial publishing brand in their recruitment process. This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate working on collateral for the brand’s training and events portfolio alongside the digital team.
You will be working across three key areas: analytics, digital optimisation, and digital campaign management. You will be responsible for providing detailed insight across all brands in terms of user experience, customer engagement and predicted customer loyalty, with the ultimate goal of increasing subscription revenue.
Requirements:
·Experience of digital optimisation and web analytics (preferably Google Analytics, but Omniture or Web Trends are fine too) looking at multi-dimensional reports and metrics
·Previous experience of using online/offline data reconciliation in the context of a CRM database
·Experience of A/B / split / multi-variate testing
·Knowledge of Microsoft Office; particularly in-depth knowledge of Excel and Access queries
·Proven experience of digital campaign management
·Great communication skills and confidence to influence and make recommendations based on analytics findings
·Degree preferable but not essential.
Responsibilities:
·Monitoring website usage and digital campaign activity
·Analysing metrics and presenting analytics reports
·Making recommendations on changes to and optimisation of website
·Managing digital campaigns
·Improving conversion rate through campaign optimisation
·Troubleshooting and testing web analytics using A/B / split / multi-variate testing.
