Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity cover) | Leading Beauty Brand | London | £40-45k
One of the biggest names in the beauty industry internationally is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to drive digital growth, engagement and innovation. The successful candidate will be passionate about beauty and cosmetics, with a strong digital background ideally within luxury brands.
Requirements:
·Proven experience of creating and implementing digital strategy
·Must have affiliate marketing experience
·Strong technical knowledge
·Experience of working on ecommerce projects and an interest and awareness of online trends
·Experience of implementing PPC and SEO strategy
·Analytical and numerical thinker – experience of Google Analytics
·Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional copywriter
·Excellent understanding of brand identity and how to communicate it to the consumer
·Understanding of and passion for the luxury and beauty industries.
Responsibilities:
·Drive online sales via brand websites
·Manage all online marketing channels including SEO, PPC, lead generation and email
·Oversee website content management and optimisation
·Utilise digital channels to manage online retailers and secure strong visibility across all platforms
·Work collaboratively with marketing and PR teams to deliver integrated on and offline media campaigns
·Assist in development and optimisation of mobile strategy
·In-depth analysis and reporting of all online marketing channels, site metrics and customer behaviour
·Collaborate with Social Media Manager to developing a consistent and unified voice across all social content and channels in order to build network of followers
·Be a driving force in launching in-store point of sale CRM, and assist in developing CRM strategy and development
·Help drive digitalisation of all company departments, and of brands in-store
·Help the digital team grow and develop.
