You will:
- Run the day to day management and development of email marketing campaigns, ensuring customer retention and customer growth is achieved
- Create and send engaging HTML email marketing campaigns using Exact Target
- Ensure quality of all emails; both triggered and marketing are as required, including links, content, copy, imagery, and product availability
- Create/manage customer segments with 3rd party email marketing and CRM suppliers
- Work in synergy with key stakeholders to improve key email marketing KPIs (open rates, click through rates, etc.)
- Analyse and communicate reports in relation to email / CRM activity
You need:
- Excellent command of the English language
- Experience using marketing automation tools - Responsys, Exact Target or Adobe Campaign
- Technical knowledge of email marketing techniques
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing methods for email marketing
- Basic HTML knowledge for editing responsive newsletter code
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of Google Analytics
- Experience working for a recognised consumer retailer/ or a high growth start-up
