Superb opportunity to join this leading global online financial / investment publisher as a Growth / Acquisitions / Digital Senior Marketing Executive, with customer acquisition experience. Working with the Head of Subscriptions Marketing, you will help to develop and unify acquisition strategies; and work with a team of Marketing Executives to deliver and execute tactical activities to achieve these goals.
You'll be confident in juggling multiple fast-paced campaigns, managing these from concept to activation. You will be comfortable with funnel-based marketing approaches and also have experience developing and implementing end-to-end prospect journeys across all stages of the acquisition funnel (top, middle and bottom).

Key Skills
- Experience in b2b marketing, preferably subscription products, ideally within the financial and/or professional services industries
- Experience in lead generation strategies, including automated lead nurturing
- Able to work closely with sales and align marketing strategy to commercial objectives
- Knowledge of customer data analytics and the ability to convert data into meaningful insight
- Good knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar, as well as Marketo / Pardot / similar automation tool for email management
- Good understanding of SEO principles and strategies
- Good knowledge of Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Knowledge on other acquisition channels and levers (PPC, social, retargeting, direct mail, events, list research)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver, by quarter, annual customer acquisition plans which align with revenues goals
- Develop customer acquisition strategies which rely on targeted acquisition efforts and highly personalized, multi-channel programs
- Manage the development of a lead funnel process alongside subscriptions sales
- Work with Head of Marketing to develop and unify lead scoring methodologies across the portfolio
- Work with Head of Marketing and the Marketing Technology and Insights team to evolve acquisition KPIs, with a view to ascertain ROI and CAC
- Use data and insight to optimize spend and reduce customer acquisition costs
- Manage and control acquisition spend by brand, ensuring analysis on ROI is achieved
- Work with Head of Marketing and Product Marketing Managers on developing detailed brand-specific acquisition reporting, with a view of consistency across the portfolio (attribution, campaign performance, channels performance etc.)
- Innovate and test new acquisition channels
- Work with the SEO manager and Product Marketing Manager, regularly auditing websites and championing activities to increase organic traffic
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers on acquisition marketing campaigns, taking guidance on product messaging, and audience targeting/personas
