Head of Brand and CRM – London – 45k – Fast Growing E-Tailer
Are you a Brand & CRM expert? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Brand and CRM to join a fast-growing e-commerce start-up in London City. You’ll need a strong track-record of setting up CRM programs and growing brands for an e-retailer as well as a strong passion and strength in consumer, customer, market understanding and insights to develop creative and innovative solutions. As a Steward of the Brand & cross functional CRM lead, you will establish a solid brand, and drive revenue & loyalty from existing customer base.
You’ll be kept busy with a good mix of CRM and Brand responsibilities:
CRM
·Owning the CRM strategy, marketing plan & delivery
·Audit current CRM practices & work with team to implement best in class ones
·Define requirements, select & implement CRM infrastructure.
·Input on how to maximise current customer relationships
·Define & work with team to implement customer base segmentation to enable personalised & relevant marketing activity to customers
·Plan, manage & work with team to deliver multi-channel, digital CRM marketing campaigns
·Analyse campaign outcomes to draw insights & sound decision making on next steps
·Work with external agencies to ensure the successful delivery of the CRM plan
·Drive necessary CRM changes across the business & ensure buy in of all stakeholders
·Manage & guide CRM dedicated team member & designer
BRAND
·Owning the Brand strategy & how it is delivered across customer touch points from web to delivery via marketing communications
·Strengthen the brand in terms of brand equity & awareness
·Expand on current Brand values, tone of voice & design guidelines
·Uplift & own all copy & design to match brand guidelines
·Work with Product & Commercial teams to ensure new initiatives match our Brand values
·Work with Customer Service & Operation to develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude
·Work with external agencies to ensure successful delivery of above duties
·Manage & guide merchandising & content dedicated team members.
REQUIREMENTS
·Experience setting up & scaling e-commerce CRM from scratch
·CRM & Brand Management expert
·Strong analytical abilities
·Ability to operate at both strategic & operational levels
·Expert project management skills
·Marketing/Business or equivalent degree
·Proficiency in Google Analytics
·Affinity with Visual Design
·HLML & SQL knowledge a plus
· 4 years of experience in a digital marketing
