The ideal person will have strong experience on developing / improving corporate intranet platforms, improving the user / internal customer experience / design, and helping to create & manage content to drive high levels of engagement across the business.

The ideal person will have strong experience on developing / improving corporate intranet platforms, improving the user / internal customer experience / design, and helping to create & manage content to drive high levels of engagement across the business.
Main Tasks
- Managing and developing the organisation’s internal communications and engagement strategy and activities
- Working closely with the senior executive and senior management teams to provide advice, manage change communications, and ensure a coordinated flow of information through appropriate channels
- Developing the organisation’s intranet platform; creating and managing content to drive high levels of engagement
- Planning, creating, editing, and proofreading content for a range of communications channels such as executive announcements, blogs, emails, and webinars; delivering all outputs to a high standard
- Organising inclusive events including town halls and webinars to engage with our geographically dispersed workforce
- Managing the brand internally, ensuring all communications follow corporate branding, editorial, and tone of voice guidelines
- Evaluating the impact of internal communications through both qualitative and quantitative techniques
- Working closely with all departments to develop messages and monitor their effective distribution throughout the business, providing advice and support where needed
- Any other reasonable duties, as required
Criteria
- 4+ years’ experience in a communications related role
- Ideas person
- High energy
- Corporate Intranet improvements experience
- Design skills (HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, etc)
- Excellent copywriter with the ability to create clear and compelling messages
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confident and highly adept at developing relationships with people at all levels throughout the business
- Creative thinker with proven ability to get results
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Good time management and punctuality
