We are delighted to be recruiting a Marketing Director on behalf of a phenomenal business that has enjoyed considerable growth in revenues, profits and company size in recent years. Founded in 2002 they write, own and develop their own software consisting of 4 innovative Mobile App and Web based communication products that are used in both public and private sectors.
During this exciting time this market-leading brand are looking for a Marketing Director to help propel the brand forward.
Responsibilities:
o Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
o Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
o Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
o Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
o Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
Person spec:
o A natural forward planner who critically assesses his or her own performance
o Credible with a professional demeanour, comfortable in dealing with people at all levels
o Passionate in offering the best quality of service possible to our customers
o A team player with strong and empathetic communication skills; having the ability to see things from all people’s points of view
