Based in Central London (alongside the International Marketing Team) you will take lead, by owning and delivering the entire marketing strategy for the Danish market. Responsibilities
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Danish marketer who is looking for a hands-on role with a big financial services brand. You may already be based in Denmark and wanting to relocate to London, or you may already be in London. It’s important that the candidate understands the Danish culture, so we are ideally looking for someone who is native Danish, or has significant experience in marketing out to the Danish market.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all marketing activity for the Danish market across the full marketing mix (Online, Direct Mail, Print, Radio, Social and DRTV)
- Full responsibility for the Danish marketing budget
- Work closely with local, Danish partners and agencies to maximise media exposure, ensuring the strongest ads and creative are utilised
- Mastering and setting new standards for excellence in all channels
- Responsible for mentoring and managing the Danish Marketing Executive
- Consistently monitor competitor products, keeping up to date with industry developments, and looking for new opportunities to maximise the company’s product
- Pitching and presenting ideas, and gaining buy in from global marketing team and senior stakeholders
- Fluent in Danish with a deep understanding of the Danish culture
- At least 4 years B2B Marketing Manager experience
- Degree educated ideally in business or marketing
- Proven Direct Marketing Experience
- Financial services background preferred but is NOT essential
- Analytical & creative
- Self-motivated and hands-on
- Clear communicator- able to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders across all levels
- Strong ability to manage and measure ROI based on marketing activity
- Experience of managing internal stakeholders and external agencies
