Marketing Manager (Ecommerce) | Financial Services | London | c£50k plus bonus
This is an excellent opportunity to join an international currency and payments brand in their ecommerce division. Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing the ecommerce strategy and managing two direct reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be dynamic, analytical and come from a B2B background in financial services.
Requirements:
·Proven experience in marketing within the financial services industry
·Experience of managing teams and direct reports
·Degree in a relevant subject
·Ecommerce/online payments experience
·Focused on ROI performance with strong analytical skills
·Good level of understanding of search marketing
·Proven experience of managing external agencies and internal stakeholders
·Experience of managing budgets
Responsibilities:
·Delivery of ecommerce marketing strategy
·Responsible for all ecommerce marketing channels including website, SEO, PPC, data management, email marketing, as well as events
·Develop and implement search marketing strategy and measure engagement
·Manage and optimise content distribution and AdWords acquisition campaigns
·Own the end-to-end customer journey, from initial brand exposure to communications and after-sales activity
·Work closely with partnership and sales teams to deliver optimised client acquisition
·Develop a marketing communications programme for the ecommerce audience
·Research of existing customer base and new markets
·Work closely with CRM team to define and deliver data flows, and drive customer intelligence and communications plan
·Work closely with internal design and digital teams to deliver marketing collateral and strong user experience across digital ecommerce channels
This role would suit a self-starter with the ability to deliver under pressure, who will consistently challenge the marketing process and drive change in the business. The salary is circa £50k with a 10% annual bonus.
