Marketing Manager (Maternity cover) – Financial Services – London
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand changing the way people manage their money. With over one million new customers joining in 2014, this brand is on the rise and looks set to become one of the biggest names in financial services and credit cards internationally.
The successful candidate will take full accountability for the development, management and delivery of all centrally driven marketing activity across all brand portfolios. You will also be responsible for the overall marketing management of one or more retail clients and will support the Senior Marketing Manager in strategic client meetings across the group.
Requirements:

·Knowledge of marketing campaign and sales processes and products development; communications development; and financial services regulatory requirements
·Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the business

·IDM Diploma in direct marketing or corresponding degree qualification
·Process, project management and operational experience
·Commercial aptitude
·Understanding of financial services organisations
·Relevant experience within a regulated financial services organisation
Responsibilities:
·Own and deliver campaigns across the entire retail base. Includes creation of the communications, coordination of Operations, Telephony and Retail as well as the critical role of campaign Strategy and Execution
·Responsible for scoping, management and delivery of all central income generating initiatives across all retail clients. Includes planning and coordination of the activities and liaising with the Retail Team for agreement of offers and letter content. Also includes overall execution/briefing of the campaign.
·Support Senior Marketing Manager in high level Marketing Strategy meetings with Clients, working with Retailer Team to agree/propose new activities and leverage/enhance existing activities to drive income
·Fulfil Marketing Manager role for 1 or more of the clients across the group – be the day to day Marketing contact managing all aspects of card marketing including regulatory recruitment material, Point of Sale, Event Communications and everyday Marketing relationship responsibilities
·Lead customer journey mapping across all clients to identify areas of improvement and share/introduce best practices out to clients and Retailer Team
·Process review of existing ways of working from a Marketing perspective and identify key successes across individual clients that need to be implemented – i.e. legal sign off process. Drive Retailer Team to establish changed working pattern with clients.
