Marketing Manager, Nordic region – Leading Beauty ecommerce – London up-to £60k +Bens
Marketing talent is thrilled to once again be supporting Europe’s largest e-tailer of premium beauty products in their search for a Nordic region Marketing and Merchandising Manager in London.
This is an absolutely superb opportunity. Concentrating your knowledge of the Nordic region market place you will lead the growth of an already strong customer base, writing your own strategy to drive forward growth. Reporting into the Marketing Director, this role requires experience of ecommerce marketing as well as local market knowledge, ideally within the beauty sector.
Requirements:
•Fluent written and oral Nordic region language skills.
•Broad understanding of the global beauty market.
•At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a strong work ethic.
•Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
•Strong computer skills together with an understanding of ecommerce and content management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Work with the Marketing Communications Manager to develop and create engaging and creative onsite local market campaigns
•Work with the Commercial team to identify local variations required in products, pricing and onsite merchandising required in order to maximize sales and margin
•As appropriate, work with Communications Director to develop PR activity to promote the brand in the Nordics.
•Work with our Online and Offline Marketing teams to set up and manage local market affiliate, search, social and email marketing activity targeted at increasing sales and raising brand awareness in the Nordics.
•Produce weekly performance reports to show sales performance resulting from sales and marketing activity. Analyse these reports and subsequently roll out agreed actions that will drive increased sales
•Work with Customer Experience team to agree wider improvements needed for the customer experience
This role is for a hands-on Senior Marketer who relishes the challenge to implement and execute robust marketing initiatives to really grow this already known brand in the Nordics. You will have the opportunity to report into The Marketing Director and as time moves forward you will start to build your own Nordic Team. The company are already trading in the Nordics but are now looking to concentrate and grow on this specific geographical area.
