- Degree educated
- Proven and quantifiable B2C marketing experience across the full marketing mix, with a background in financial services/payments
- Significant management experience
- Analytical thinker and ROI-driven
- Strong experience of managing agencies and stakeholders
- Budget management experience
- Proven search marketing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the entire consumer-facing marketing strategy and channels, including direct, email, digital, online, events etc.
- Take ownership of customer journey
- Alongside the PPC/SEO team, streamline, test and optimise existing campaigns
- Reporting using CRM and business intelligence tools
- Internal stakeholder management and inter-team relationship management
- Manage email marketing strategy
- Manage CRM research and intelligence
- Deliver marketing collateral alongside the design team.
