Your core responsibility will be assisting in the growth of my client’s Learning business. You’ll be accountable for all marketing initiatives designed to build the profile and reputation of the brand and product, and to directly generate demand for a global range of live and on-demand Learning courses.

Required Skills & Experience:
Essential experience & skills
- Extensive B2B marketing experience, ideally within the training / learning sector, or financial services / professional services industries
- Experience planning and executing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of best practices in B2B lead generation across the full range of digital channels including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and pay-for-performance ads
- Demonstrated success aligning with sales teams to optimise marketing activity
- Ability to operate at a strategic and tactical level; equally comfortable executing the work as setting the strategy
- Experience using data segmentation and selection tools
- Experience working with designers and/or creative agencies to produce first-class brand assets
- Comfortable using CRM tools such as Salesforce to produce reports and dashboards
- Comfortable using email marketing tools such as Pardot and Marketo to prepare, schedule and report on email campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable experience & skills
- Experience defining and implementing search marketing strategies
- Experience implementing marketing automation (e.g. lead nurture programmes)
- Experience using design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Responsibilities:
Demand generation
- Develop and execute strategies designed to drive course bookings and generate qualified sales leads
- Partner with sales to establish processes to segment, score and transfer leads successfully
- Develop automated lead nurturing programmes that increase lead engagement and conversion
Account-based marketing (ABM) and sales enablement
- Collaborate with sales to develop and execute strategies to grow the Learning business at an account level; align effectively with sales activity across all stages of the customer journey
- Equip sales with the tools they need to win business (e.g. case studies, pitch decks)
Reporting, insights and analytics
- Work with the Marketing Technology & Insight team to set up required reporting, enabling agile and ROI-driven resource allocation
- Conduct regular competitor research and communicate relevant insights across the businesses
- Manage the marketing budget/spend with optimised return in mind
Brand marketing & communications
- Work with the Product and Sales Leadership to define the value proposition and brand identity
- Manage the brand’s digital footprint including website content updates and social media channels
