PR Manager – Global Luxury Fashion Company – c£40,000 - Kent – Office & Home Based
Marketing Talent is excited to be supporting a creative and innovative online luxury fashion company with their search for a PR Manager.
Established in the UK in the 1950s and online for 15 years, they hold a market leading position. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness within the global luxury market, increasing customer numbers and driving sales.
To be successful in your application:
·Proven track record of placement in media, and already have established contacts
·Strong digital & e-commerce knowledge/understanding
·Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within luxury fashion PR
·Strategic and innovative thinker
·Exceptional writer
·Happy to work at the company’s HQ in Kent 3 days per week, and at home for the other 2
The key responsibilities:
·Design and implement a Global PR strategy for the company’s e-commerce website
·Build and maintain media relationships with long-lead, short-lead, mainstream media, trade magazines and blogs, working to secure positive coverage for both the e-commerce site and the store
·Write, edit and distribute press releases and other relevant PR materials to all key contacts and follow up accordingly
·Work with editorial team to secure and promote newsworthy stories/brand features and exclusive collaborations
·Monitor and report competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events and opportunities
·Work to proactively build on reputation with target audiences, aligning all communications with corporate brand positioning
