Key Skills
- Five years’ B2B professional experience to include 2+ years of product marketing experience
- Experience of marketing enterprise-level SaaS or B2B tech products preferred
- Degree qualified in relevant disciplines e.g. business, marketing
- Experience of working as part of a cross-functional team across geographies
- Strong communication, people and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and social media tools – Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to extract insights from marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Excellent project management skills – ability to deliver projects to cost, time and quality
- Working knowledge of SEO, WordPress and Adobe PRO DC
- Demonstrable experience of working within a Product function
- Ability to use media applications such as Canva and Powtoon to create engaging digital assets such as infographics, short videos and animations
Main Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategy for products and solutions by audience and segment.
- Develop and deploy customer insights through surveys, interviews, research, and analysis of customer usage and data.
- Develop and launch marketing campaign collateral for new and existing products.
- Create and refine user personas and competitive intelligence.
- Establish KPI’s and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes and informing product strategy.
- Build and support the commercial marketing communication efforts via sales sheets, presentations and targeted campaigns.
- Work closely with the product development and sales teams in New York and London to support the roll out and execution of new deal products.
- Liaise between product and other marketing functions and leadership teams to share product positioning, review materials, and deliver product marketing support
- Work closely with the Product Owners to Identify market trends and requirements before introducing them into the Product Development Lifecycle;
- Help the Product Owners to develop go-to-market strategy, target audience and pricing;
