Main Responsibilities:
- To own the digital marketing function for the business, including strategy development
- To develop digital demand campaigns to improve SEO, PPC, Social Media and digital display.
- Lead the search strategy to increase engagement on their digital platforms, devising strategies to drive traffic to the websites and other digital channels
- To keep abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing and engagement
- Develop an integrated digital marketing strategy to generate pipeline sales growth against ROI targets
- Monitor and report on a range of platform/ channel analytics and KPI’s
- Redesign the online application process to increase conversion rates
- Develop and implement a regular calendar of relevant and engaging digital content
- Work with relevant members of the marketing team to develop digital campaigns
- Oversee the strategic approach of social media, including channels such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn etc
- Drive the re-development of company website portfolio to ensure mobile and tablet optimisation
Skills Profile:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing in a client-side role
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user-funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (eg Google Analytics, NetInsight)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords Campaigns
- Solid track record of external digital agency management
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, or related discipline
- Qualified member of the CIM or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints, and Umbraco CMS.
- Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in on-line marketing and measurement
- Collaborative team player
