Senior Marketing Manager (Digital & Ecommerce) – Home Furnishings – South London – To £50k plus bonus and share options

This exciting opportunity to join a growing interiors company based in Clapham will suit an ambitious Marketing Manager looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will take ownership of all digital media activity across the brand’s web portfolio, managing the online and offline marketing in order to drive more traffic to the websites.

The role will report directly into the Managing Director and will involve managing a team of 5 marketers, as well as external agencies and freelancers.

Requirements:
 

· Proven hands-on knowledge and experience of the full Digital Marketing               mix including social media, content management, video marketing
· Experience of analysing and reporting on PPC campaigns
· Ideally certified in Google Analytics or extensive analytics experience
· Direct and offline marketing experience
· Degree in Marketing, Business or similar
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience of line management.

Responsibilities:

· Planning and executing all marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C
· Using Google analytics to manage advertising effectiveness
· Managing PPC, SEO and CRO campaigns
· A/B testing and email automation
· Email marketing
· Content marketing
· Management of social media channels 
· Outsourcing/managing content creation, publication, managing comments and   etc.
· Line management of marketing team, and management of external agencies       and freelancers
· Reporting and analysis on campaign performance to evaluate ROI against key       metrics
· Offline marketing
· Direct marketing.
