Main skills needed:
- At least 6 years’ experience in marketing, preferably with a B2B focus
- Good mix of strategic and hands-on marketing abilities
- Ideally prior experience within a fast-paced agency-type environment would fit well
- Happy to disrupt and question the existing ways of doing things, and implement new marketing techniques and technologies
- Excellent content creation and promotion experience
- Strong & broad digital marketing abilities – SEO, CRO, PPC / Paid Search, Social Media Marketing, re-targeting, display, affiliate, content marketing, automation, testing, optimisation
- Good marketing analytics skills – web analytics, data insights, reporting
- Lead generation experience – feeding the sales team
- Customer profiling – conversion path, user journey analysis
- Great communicator and team player
