As a Social Media Executive you’ll work closely with the Marketing team to develop strategies and innovate the way in which the company is presented both internally and externally. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a large number of social profiles (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) including updating artwork, finding and posting relevant content
- Updating social media analytics on a central tracker to monitor and report back performance
- Increase followers, shares and likes through management of all social media platforms
- Delivering engaging social media campaigns to reach desired target audience
- Analyse and report efforts, successes and identify opportunities for improvement within the social media platforms
- Deliver proactive and effective marketing materials in line with the company’s tone of voic
- Manage the third party updates each quarter, ensuring that all the offers are published on all social platforms
- Work closely with a number of external suppliers to help achieve company goals for their online activities
- Ensuring that the group is consistently adhering to brand guidelines
Ad-hoc Responsibilities
- Assist centres with print marketing materials, updating and improving content, design and artwork when necessary
- Work collaboratively with HR ensuring all vacancies are updated across all social platforms
- Support the production and maintenance of employee engagement materials

Requirements
- Have solid experience in a Digital Marketing focused role
- Be a social media guru – solid understanding of the importance social media plays in today’s industry
- Have exceptional copywriting skills and world class communication skills
- Self-motivated to enable you to work on your own initiative
- Have a helpful, enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
- Have creative flair and a positive can do attitude
