Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Setting the company’s social media strategy globally
- Creating powerful and engaging social media campaigns that reach the target customer
- Working closely with the PR Manager to manage interaction with consumers across all social networks (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram)
- Developing and building tight relationships with key bloggers
- Analysing social media stats, and turning this data into insightful actions – reporting findings back to key stakeholders within the business
- Defining a tailored content strategy for customers who have shown an interest via the company newsletter/competitions
- Constantly staying in the loop on all the latest social media developments
- 2+ years Social Media/CRM experience
- Experience in running social media campaigns internationally
- True understanding of the real power of social media – 100k+ paid for likes doesn’t mean £100k+ worth of sales.
- Deep understanding of all of the social media channels – Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
- A great team player
