Working within the training division, alongside a dynamic team of designers, digital specialists and product marketers, your main responsibilities will lie in CRM marketing, although you will also have the chance to work on general marketing projects.

Working within the training division, alongside a dynamic team of designers, digital specialists and product marketers, your main responsibilities will lie in CRM marketing, although you will also have the chance to work on general marketing projects.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B marketing experience
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, and proven experience of analysing and interpreting data
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised and meticulous with the ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload
- Experience using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), Neolane/Adobe Campaign, Fast Stats, Salesforce and/or other similar platforms would be beneficial
- Degree educated in a relevant subject would be preferred
Responsibilities:
- Data management – validation/enrichment of existing data and building new contacts
- Data mining & segmentation – Ongoing refining of audiences and building new profiles
- Communication path orchestration – Build highly personalised communication and retargeting workflows across all marketing channels
- Programmatic communication developments – Working with the development team to help create sophisticated taxonomies of content/communication rules
- Analysis – produce regular KPI reports on all communication and audience behaviour and identify new ways to improve communication activity
- Support – be a support contact for sales CRM queries
- Project manage ad-hoc projects ranging from working with the design team on HTML email creation, product/audience data crunching, etc.
